Sourcing

We use Mallard ducks that are reared in France in the Vendée region. They are free range and fed 100% naturally using neither Animal Flour nor GM foods. The control of the formulations and the quality of cereal which they select are a priority.

It took me a long time to choose the supplier who was going to provide the best quality ducks and was integrated into a real environmental approach and concerned with the animal's welfare.

Traceability, Health and Safety

Each step is checked, controlled and marked on each product by batch number. We follow HACCP guidelines and are regularly checked by external health officers.

All products are tested by EUROFINS LTD laboratires on four levels:

  • Bacteriological
  • Physicochemical
  • Ageing of the product
  • Health measures
