Caviar D'Aquitaine is an exquisite farmed caviar... and the closest thing to farmed 'Beluga' within the EU. The large eggs of this farmed caviar have the same dark hue and succulent taste as the Beluga egg, due to the fact that the sturgeon are highly 'pampered' and well fed throughout the year; the yield egg size is always very high and stocks are assured.
