Started in 2009 by a French Chef living in the UK, our company specialises in duck products.

From our kitchen based in Acton Town, W3 we only distribute to fine food delis and retailers in London (such as Mortiner and Bennett, Raouls, Elizabeth King, Pascalou, Tom's deli, Quartier du Marche etc) and now our products are available online.
